Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Pricing, Payment, Acknowledgements
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your EXACT billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.nnAll prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. When you order through our secure online shopping cart, your order is immediately acknowledged with a confirmation sent to your email address. When your order is shipped we send to your email address a carrier tracking number so you can track the order.nnInternational Orders:nDue to the varied import laws and levies, we are unable to know or to pay any taxes, levies, fees, etc imposed by the government in which you reside. The customer is responsible for paying any such costs imposed by Customs.
We use USPS for domestic continental USA, Alaska/Hawaii, Canada, and other international orders. We currently use priority and standard shipping options for domestic orders, and USPS or DHL Express for all international orders.
International Orders – Due to the complications involved in shipping though the customs systems this is our policy:
- If the items are returned through customs refusal you will be offered two choices. To pay for shipping a second time or cancel your order.
- Due to the unknown exposure that can occur on the world map only 50% of the value of the order will be refunded, the items cannot be sold again.
- We would be happy to reship at the original shipping cost.
- If the items are “lost” in customs we cannot take responsibility. It is beyond our control and we cannot accept this risk.
- Backorders: Due to the unpredictable nature of demand, it is impossible control when an item runs out of inventory. And as we occasionally refuse batches of product ingredients because it doesn’t meet our standards; inventory runs out. If we don’t and an item in your order is placed on backorder we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if you are not satisfied with your purchase; If, forany reason, while you are within a 60 day allotted time period from the date of purchase, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may call or email Customer Service at 800-665-3318 to make arrangements to send your purchase back for full credit less shipping and handling. You must call our customer service department to receive an RMA number and instructions to return the product.
Any product being returned must be received within 14 days domestically and 45 days international of obtaining an RMA number. Returned Products should be in their original, unaltered, undamaged condition, and should be in the original shipping box complete with all packing materials with a short written explanation of why the return is being made. All products for return shall be returned postage paid by the customer in the manner specified with the RMA instructions. You will receive a refund of the purchase price on your credit card, less a 15% restocking fee within 15 working days from the date the product is received.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Each shipment is inspected before leaving our warehouse, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below. Our sincere commitment is to provide you with the very best quality products nat the very best price. We offer a 100% replacement product warranty. This means that if you receive a product that is defective due to our fault for any reason or due to shipping damage, such as a leaking bottle, broken bottle or a bottle with a cracked seal or top, we are happy to replace the product for you at no charge.
Customer shall not be entitled to, and Deca Aloe Arborescens US LP shall not be liable for, any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any nature. Recovery from for any claim shall not exceed clients purchase price for the product giving rise to any claim irrespective of the nature of the claim whether in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise. A health care professional should be consulted before starting any diet, exercise or supplementation program.
