Product tastes good. I’m not sure why there are pieces of the rind of the aloe in there. I wish they were ground up more. The shipping packaging was not the best. The bottle just rolled around in the too big box. A small pink piece of bubble wrap was thrown in there loose. The bottle held up, though. This is a special product so perhaps more care could be taken in shipping it.

Thank you for your feedback to allow us to improve out shipping! The pulp is a crucial part of the product. As with most plants, the majority of the nutrients are found in the solid parts of the plant. Without the pulp, the product would be far less effective.

Great customer service. Matt has helped me with questions so many times.
